Newsflash - Tax Credit

Did You Know?  The federal government as part of the recent real estate bill, will give first time home buyers a $7,000 tax credit.  Think you don't qualify as a first time home buyer, because you have owned a home.  Check with Carolyn, because this definition is quite liberal in the bill.
